All products are manufactured in Port-au-Prince. Therefore, please allow 10-14 business days upon placing your order to receive your shoes.
Refunds & Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your shoe for any reason, you may return the shoes in order to receive your refund. The shoes MUST be returned within 7 business days upon receipt of your shoes in the same condition in which it was received. Please send an email to info@kenjeffereys.com with the subject “Return & Refund” and provide brief reasoning.
Exchanges
Please send an email to info@kenjeffreys.com with the subject “Return & Exchange” and briefly indicate which shoe and/or size you would like to exchange for. Exchanges will only be honored within 7 days of the receipt of your shoes.
